Charlie Kirk’s Murder: How Should We Respond?
I wasn’t going to make this video. It felt like it wasn't my place to talk about Charlie Kirk’s murder, the subway stabbing, and the school church shooting. But as I shared with my Bible study group, I realised how much we need to bring these tragedies before God’s Word. I can't think of a more important time to ask, 'what would Jesus do?'
So in this walk, I open the Bible to see how Christians should react and respond when violence and hatred strike. So, how do we mourn, pray, stand firm, speak truth, and honour Christ even in times like these?
Your Past Doesn’t Define You. What does?
What defines you — your past, your mistakes, your failures? Or is there something greater? In today’s walk, I’m reflecting on 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV). It reminds us that if we are in Christ, we are made new. Our old life is gone, and a new life has begun.
Union with Christ changes everything. You are not who you once were — you are a new creature, walking in a new identity, with a new purpose.
Sometimes it’s the daily choices that show this transformation: letting go of shame, stepping into forgiveness, choosing to live in the freedom Christ has already given you.
In A Dark Place? Watch This
Have you ever found yourself in a dark place, feeling lost and unsure where to turn? I know what that feels like. I’ve been there.
But through Christ, I discovered something life-changing: “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2 Corinthians 5:17, KJV)
In this video, I share my journey from darkness into the light, and how becoming a new creature in Christ has completely changed my life. If you’re struggling or searching for hope, I pray this encourages you to see that there is a way forward.
My Testimony
Everyone has a story, and this is mine. When I was searching, struggling, and unsure in my faith, hearing other people’s testimonies gave me hope. They reminded me that God really does transform lives — and that He could change mine too.
In this video, I share my testimony of how Jesus met me, changed me, and gave me a new life. My prayer is that it encourages you, just as the stories of others encouraged me when I needed it most. If this speaks to you, I’d love for you to share your own story in the comments. Testimonies matter. They shine a light in the darkness and point others to Jesus.
Your Weaknesses Give You Strength?
In this Tea with Lee episode, I sit down with a coffee to reflect on 2 Corinthians 12:7–9 (KJV). Paul speaks about his “thorn in the flesh” and the powerful truth that God’s grace is sufficient — His strength is made perfect in weakness.
It’s easy to think we need to be strong all the time, but Paul shows us that it’s often in our weakness that Christ’s power rests on us. In this video, I share some personal reflections and a simple analogy from nature about staying rooted in faith when life feels heavy.
Do You Feel Like Something's Missing?
In today’s walk, I’m reflecting on Philippians 4:6–7 (KJV). Paul tells us to be anxious for nothing, but to bring everything to God in prayer, and in return we’ll experience His peace — a peace that goes beyond our understanding.
Sometimes life looks good on the outside, yet inside something still feels missing. This passage reminds us that true peace doesn’t come from circumstances or achievements, but from God Himself. When we hand over our worries, He gives us a peace the world can’t offer.
A Challenge from Jesus: Are You Up to It?
In today’s walk, I’m reflecting on Matthew 25:31–46 (KJV). It’s a challenging passage where Jesus tells us that when we serve the hungry, the thirsty, the sick, or the overlooked, we are serving Him directly.
It’s a staggering thought that every act of kindness or neglect is taken personally by Jesus Himself. This passage pushes us to see people differently, to take our intentions and turn them into action, and to recognise that serving others isn’t optional charity but a sacred act of obedience.
Finding Strength in Weakness
In today’s video I stopped in the forest with a coffee to reflect on what it really means to find strength in weakness. In 2 Corinthians, Paul reminds us that God’s grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness. I shared how our struggles can actually become the very places where God’s power rests on us.
I used the picture of a tree and its roots as an analogy. A branch may bend or even break under weight, but the tree still stands because its roots go deep. In the same way, when we stay rooted in faith, we don’t fall when life presses hard against us. Our strength isn’t in ourselves, but in God who holds us firm.
How Can God Love ME?
In today’s walk, I’m reflecting on 1 John 4 (KJV). This chapter reminds us that love isn’t something we start — it begins with God. “We love Him, because He first loved us.” His love was proven when He sent His Son into the world so that we might live through Him.
It’s easy to question whether God could really love us, or to wonder what that love even means. But this passage shows us that His love is unconditional, sacrificial, and meant to flow through us into the way we treat others. When we receive His love, it reshapes how we see ourselves, how we live, and how we love the people around us.
Depression, Loss, and Finding Hope
In today’s walk, I’m sharing a personal story about loss, depression, and the difference faith makes. It's difficult talking about this, but I promised myself I'd be completely open, honest and vulnerable with the videos in the hope they might help someone.
We all face seasons of grief, anxiety, and failure. In those moments, it can feel like we’re completely lost. But there is a way through. Faith doesn’t take the pain away, but it changes how we carry it. Faith gives us strength, peace, and hope even in our darkest days .If you’re struggling right now, I hope this encourages you: you are not alone, and there is hope ahead.
Tea with Lee Ep1: How Can God Comfort Us?
In today’s episode of 'Tea with Lee', I’m reflecting on what it means to receive comfort from God. What exactly is comfort? How does God give it to us? How do we experience it? Are we meant to keep it to ourselves?
My Youtube channel is mostly me walking around talking and reflecting on faith, but now I'm adding a series in between those videos where I sit down and talk in one session. A bit like a very short, one man podcast, I guess!
Afraid Of What People Think?
In today’s walk, I’m reflecting on 2 Timothy 1:6–9 (KJV). It’s a powerful reminder that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Paul urges Timothy to be bold, to stir up the gift God placed in him, and to not be ashamed of the gospel.
Often it’s fear that holds us back — fear of failure, fear of what people think, or fear of stepping out in faith. But this passage reminds us that those fears don’t come from God. Instead, He equips us with courage, love, and clarity to face whatever lies ahead.
In today’s walk, I’m reflecting on 2 Peter 1:5–7 (KJV). It’s a powerful passage where Peter urges us not to stop at faith, but to build on it — adding virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love.
Faith is the starting point, but Peter shows us that real growth comes when we keep going. Each step we take builds on the last, shaping our character and drawing us closer to Christ. This passage is a roadmap for spiritual maturity, and it challenges us to keep moving forward in our walk of faith.
This Scripture Could Change Your Mindset Forever
In today’s walk, I’m reflecting on 1 Corinthians 16:13–14 (KJV). It's a short but powerful passage that calls us to watch, stand firm in faith, act like men, be strong, and do everything with love.
Sometimes it’s the small, daily choices that change us: holding back an unkind word, choosing strength over fear, or remembering to act in love even when it’s difficult. This verse has the power to reshape your mindset and guide your walk of faith.
